We ship worldwide from the United States, but are not currently shipping to Russia or Ukraine.

All orders will be shipped by May 5th, unless noted otherwise. Many items are pre-produced and will ship much sooner, but some items may be restocked to meet demand and will therefore take longer to ship. Please see individual product pages for details on shipping timelines.

If multiple items are ordered together then your order will ship once all items are available.

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

* Total weight of package
* Selected shipping method

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse.

Our international orders have duties and taxes included in the total shipping cost, so you don't have to worry about it at the time of delivery.

Any applicable duties and taxes for your delivery location are calculated at checkout and included in your total shipping cost. The order is then shipped 'duties paid' so it will arrive quickly and efficiently.

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds at this time.

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels and item(s) purchased. Please respond to your order confirmation email for any exchange inquiries. The cost of shipping for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility.

Yes, as long as your order has not already been shipped or loaded into our shipping queue for fulfillment! Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact crimejunkie@emeraldfulfillment.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
