Shipping

All orders will be shipped from late November through December 13th at the latest. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info via email.

If multiple items are ordered together then your order will ship once all items are available.

For domestic orders, we charge a flat rate $10 order. If you spend over $200, shipping is FREE!

For international orders, shipping rates vary based on total weight and destination, and cost will be calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse.

To protect your shipment, we offer Route+ Shipping Protection to insure your order against loss, theft and damage. This is available to add at checkout.

Our international orders have duties and taxes included in the total shipping cost, so you don't have to worry about it at the time of delivery.

Any applicable duties and taxes for your delivery location are calculated at checkout and included in your total shipping cost. The order is then shipped 'duties paid' so it will arrive quickly and efficiently.

We ship worldwide from the United States!

Yes, as long as your order has not already been shipped or loaded into our shipping queue for fulfillment! Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact merch@audiochuck.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

If you purchased Route insurance at checkout, file a claim with Route using your email and Route order number (found in the email from noreply@mail.route.com). If you didn’t opt for Route protection, please reach out to USPS or the relevant delivery service for assistance

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds at this time.

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels and item(s) purchased. Please respond to your order confirmation email for any exchange inquiries. The cost of shipping for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility.

All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please email us with photos. While we may not be able to replace items due to limited stock, we’ll assist with a refund if needed. We do not offer refunds for fit issues or exchanges. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific case, and we’ll do our best to help.

Unfortunately, we can’t modify orders once they’re placed. However, if you need assistance, reply to your confirmation email, or email us at merch@audiochuck.com.

If you missed entering your discount code, no worries! Just reply to your order confirmation email with the code, and we can apply it for you.

Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments, Shopify’s version of AfterPay, for purchases over $50. Just select it at checkout for easy installment payments.o answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

Almost every merch drop features fresh designs! We might occasionally bring back popular designs or items, but it’s rare. Anything with an old logo, however, won’t return.

Fan Club

Since Fan Club memberships are digital and instantly able to be redeemed we are unable to cancel or refund any Fan Club membership orders.
